Product Description:
This is an injectable solution of epinephrine.Indications for Use: This product can be used for emergency treatment in animals suffering from an allergic reaction to insect bites or drug injections. It can also be used in situations of cardiac arrest.
Dosage and Administration: Administer 0.1-0.5 mL SQ or IM. Repeat 1 hour after first dose, if needed. In severe cases, epinephrine can be given IV using one quarter of the above dose. If given IV, administer slowly.
Packaging: This product comes in 10 mL, multi-dose bottles.
Precautions and Side Effects: Do not inject this drug if it is a brown color or if there are chunks of material in the solution.
Storage: Epinephrine must be refrigerated, but do not freeze.
