This is a urine dip stick test that will detect abnormalities in the following: leukocytes, nitrates, pH, protein, glucose, ketones, urobilinogen, bilirubin, blood, and hemoglobin.
Procedure: A clean, fresh urine sample should be collected from the animal. Immerse the strip in the urine and remove immediately. Wait 1 to 2 minutes to read the results. Refer to the side of the container to determine the outcome.
Handling and Storage: Store strips below 86°F. Avoid exposure to moisture by replacing the original stopper immediately after removing each strip.
