Product Description: This is a chewable tablet that contains milbemycin oxime. This product is used for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. The tablets also control hookworms (Anclyostoma tubaeforme) and remove and control roundworms (Toxocara cati). Each colored box contains tablets that have very different amounts of milbemycin oxime.

Dosage and Administration: Cats weighing 1.5-6 lbs. should receive one 5.75 mg tablet from a green box. Cats that weigh 6.1-12 lbs. should receive one 11.5 mg tablet from a yellow box, and cats weighing 12.1-25 lbs. should receive one 23 mg tablet from a white box. All animals should receive their tablet once a month at approximately the same time every month.

Any animal that has missed the proper monthly dosing or has gone off the product for greater than one month should be retested for heartworm disease prior to receiving additional tablets (see precautions below).

Precautions and Side Effects: Safety in heartworm-positive cats has not been established. Safety in breeding, pregnant and lactating queens, and breeding toms has not been established. Consult a veterinarian before administering. Only animals over 6 weeks of age and at least 1.5 pounds in weight should receive the product.

Packaging: The product comes in boxes appropriate for different weights.
Green box = animals weighing 1.5-6 lbs.
Yellow box = animals weighing 6.1-12 lbs.
White box = animals weighing 12.1-25 lbs.

Storage: Keep at room temperature.
