Product Description:
Program comes as a tablet that contains lufenuron. This product works by preventing flea eggs from hatching or maturing into adult fleas. This product will not kill adult fleas.Indications for Use: This product can be used for the prevention and control of fleas in cats that are 6 weeks of age or older.
Dosage and Administration: It is recommended that this product be used once a month. A dose of 13.6 mg per pound (30 mg/kg) should be administered. For cats weighing up to 6 lbs., one 90.0 mg tablet should be given. Cats weighing 7-15 lbs. should receive one 204.9 mg tablet. Cats weighing over 15 lbs. should receive the appropriate combination of the above.
The monthly tablet(s) should be given directly after a meal or in conjunction with a full meal. This helps to ensure complete absorption of the tablet.
Precautions and Side Effects: Program should only be used in cats that are greater than 6 weeks of age. Do not use this product with other pesticides unless directed by a veterinarian.
Storage: Store at room temperature between 59° and 86° F (15-30° C).
